I am unable to connect to the internet even though my laptops wireless adapter says it is connected and other computers on my wireless network are able to surf the internet. While doing an ipconfig /all I noticed that MEDIA STATUS is Media Disconnected and that the IP Address and Subnet mask are no where near the same as the other computers on the network. I attempted to do an ipconfig /renew and got the following error message: An error occurred while renewing interface wireless network connection: unable to connect to your DHCP server. No operation can be preformed on local area connection while it has its media disconnected. HOW DO I RECONNECT MY MEDIA? PLEASE HELP ME. THANK YOU.
