Reinstalled XP home can't connect to internet, The option on the menu thats says connect to is not there.

I just reinstalled XP home on my pc a HP pavillion notebook dv500 and have no wireless connection. The option on the menu "connect to" is not there and there is nno way for me to connect to my network. If someone could please help I would appreciate it. confused1.gif

sures its not a dv5000

there are wireless drivers for dv5000 .... HP Pavilion dv5000 CTO Notebook PC

and there are wireless driver for dv5000ea... HP Pavilion dv5000ea Notebook PC

both are for windows xp
choose the correct model
