Hi I recently had a trojan virus and got help through geeks to go. I now have a problem getting on to play pogo games. I have uninstalled and reinstalled java. I have tested java through several sites and it confirms that its working and installed correctly. I am using internet explorer to get onto the internet. I have turned off all pop up blockers, checked that everything is enabled and still no luck. I have down loaded firefox and still can't get on. I get a message saying that I may have a pop up blocker on and try holdong down ctrl alt or shift. I stilll can't get on. I have the norton anti virus and have tried shutting that down too and still nothing. Please help

not yahoo. I did have 2 google searches on my toolbar now I just have one. I can't get rid of this one. When is click on arrow near the google bar it says google default and it is checked. when i try to remove it, it won't let me it tells me to choose another search engine from the list.

Open up your internet explorer. Go to the tool bar at the top. Go to View, then toolbar and see what is listed there.

you might want to clean out your browsing history, cookies and web site visits out of your temp download folders in your internet explorer browser. Open up Windows internet explorer,,Just go to your tool settings and select "delete " on the ones I mentioned. Sometimes I have found that if the caches' get full they won't let you play pogo. It's worth a try,, good luck.
