Recently I had to reinstall. Since then, frequently while trying to view an.avi file longer than 25 minutes, the system freezes and must be rebooted. Using VLC, I thought that program was the culprit. I tested the situation out in every possible way, it keeps repeating under all types of circumstances. I installed the newest codecs. Finally, I swtiched to the newest Divx player, only to find I'm still having the problem. Anybody who might have a solution, I'd be happy to hear it. |
