Was it an install of the drivers or did you just download them to a specific folder.

Did you try using device manager to update your drivers?

Right click my computer
Click properties
open hardware tab
click device manager

How many have '?' or '!' on them.
Usually in yellow, easy to spot too.

Right click the item in device manager click update driver.
Let it search windows update.
If no go with windows update then click
'install from a list or specific location'.
Point it to the folder that was created when you downloaded the driver.

Thanks, let us know if it works or not.
