hello to all just signed up an tried to go to live chat but when my screen opens all i get below the heading is a littlesquare box with a red x in it no way to chat with any one am i doing something wrong ? again first time user an not sure if this is the place to ask for help but i hadda start somewhere thumbsup.gif ty cookie maker
