i was trying to update to newer version of adobe flash player.
i tried to install but it failed, saying it was unable to install, directing me to a technical note (technote 19166) on adobe site.
it asked me to first uninstall older versions.
i followed the steps and re-tried installation.
it again couldnot be installed.

please help.
