I prepare a lot of letters using Microsoft Words & forward them via e-mail, however, these letters are sent without my signature. Consequently, I am using this medium to ascertain whether my signature is can be affix a Word document & if it can what is the procedure/process in order to do so. Any & all suggestions/advice will be greatly appreciated.

...i assume you mean your physical handwritten signature.... you could sign a piece of paper then scan that piece of paper...then attach that image to your word documents

If you plan to put a hand written signature on letters you send out
Please have and use a different signature then the one you place on your Bank account, checking, and/or official Docs…. Since ID Theft is a real issue and once your info especially your signature it is out there you will never get it back and forever deal with consequence of ID Theft.
