RKhunter is a tool to point out what might be a root kit. Most warnings are normal system processes. The best way to subvert a system is to mimic system processes. I have always found that the warnings are processes that belong there. I keep the logs a a base line for the day when something shows up that can't be explained. Google and the distro forums are going to be your best tools for interpreting what the results mean and if there is any real danger.
