Virus please help!

Hello, and thanks in advance for any help! Anyways, im pretty sure I have a virus, at first I had all kinds of popups on my desktop and was not able to do really anything. I downloaded and ran AVG Virus the free 8.0 download. It helped Great! But before the virus this was completly redone computer, got the virus same day I got the computer back because I did not download protection yet. But its working really slow, and im still having some pop ups, and it'll freeze up. I have no idea what to do, and suggestions on any way I can help this? upset.gif

Please post your topic in the malware forum (a link in my list of links below). Take all the preliminary steps. After the
helpers from the malware forum confirm that the computer is clean, and if the problem persists, post back in this forum. It
may take some time because they are quite busy there.
