IE 7 Email links, Cant open link in new tab

Member Posts: 245 From: Oklahoma City,OK OS: Xp	I am unable to make IE 7 open email links in a new tab. It keeps opening them in new windows and its very annoying. I looked at my settings and was unable to find HOW to change it. Any suggestions??
