My mouse keeps randomly freezing. I recently had a staff member help me remove some malware, and now my mouse freezes, and I have to disconnect and reconnect it to get it to work again. I heard that this could damage my motherboard??? I'm not that computer savy and I need some help, that is easy for a beginner like me to understand. confused1.gif I have Windows XP and 512 RAM.

first off, unplugging your mouse and pluging it back in won't damage your motherboard. Now that your system is clean of malware, is it still having issues?
