I've tried a number of registry tools, and they work great, but after scanning they will not remove anything, is there any good registry scanners that will fix the problems for free?

techinfo,

There is no need for a registry cleaner. Cleaning up your registry will have no effect on the speed of your PC, and the programs that tell you that cleaning out your registry is necessary are mostly just trying to sell you something. In general, the staff here doesn't reccomend running any kind of registry cleaner, as you run a very good chance of breaking your registry to the point that your PC will no longer boot and you're left with an expensive doorstop.
