I was updating to Norton 360 (not sure if that has anything to do with it) and now windows live one family safety program gives an error when I try to sign in. I use the program to limit the kids internet access. The error message is given in the ss attached.

A little help here please and thank you.

Lets see if you have any errors in the event viewer.
  1. Go to Start -> Run.
  2. In the Box, type in "eventvwr".
  3. When the window pops up. Go to the system log.
  4. Look for red circles with "X"s in them around the time of error.
  5. Once you've opened the error press the button to the right with the 2 papers on it.
  6. Please attach the information you just copied onto your next reply.

Regards,
Olrik

Google gets quite a few hits, several pointing to Microsoft articles on repairing this, take a look: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=o...G=Google+Search

I did not see any errors listed at the times of the error. I even tried reinstalling it again to get the error to show in the event viewer and there was nothing.
