OS: windows XP

My nephew has forgotten the password that he put on his laptop through windows XP to stop his brother from getting on!
Problem is now he cannot use the computer. Can anyone tell me how to get around this or direct to someone who can? The laptop is a Dell and it has Windows XP.

Thanks in advance for any help - This site is always a great help to me and I appreciate it very much.
