I have a dell dimension E310 with the video card built into the motherboard, and we have a LCD tv. I want to get a tv tuner card to record onto my pc. What is the best way to get the tv to connect to my pc. The tv has HDMI composite and S-video input, but my video card only has a VGA port. Thanks in advance, and God bless!! |
