I have try spydoctor, spyhunter, regcure, advanced window care, spybot, and alot of other anti-spyware, and so far none of them really helped me on the issue. (Zlob.Trojan)...So I asked my friend and he told me to go to geekstogo, download hijack and post a log of my system scan.. so that's exactly why I am here today. I would really appreciate if you can help me.

Welcome to GTG.

Patience is a virtue....Please do not bump your topic. If you get no replies after 3 days, you may post in the Waiting Room with a link back to your unreplied topic. We are all volunteers here, so 3 days is not much to ask for...

Please print the below instructions or copy them to Notepad. Make sure to work through the fixes in the order mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.

Run a scan in HijackThis. Check each of the following if they still exist and hit 'Fix Checked' after you checked the last one:

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {C8F0EE32-3AF7-4730-9D8C-9EB9D0315290} - (no file)
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [brjjtdzb] C:\WINDOWS\system32\gvkholop.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Policies\Explorer\Run: [u8LVhCM2CZ] C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINDOWS\Application Data\nevexidg\nybwjqvc.exe
O20 - Winlogon Notify: cbXOHAsr - cbXOHAsr.dll (file missing)
O21 - SSODL: VolumeVolume - {6a3eba0a-2360-416a-a9a7-c79ae100b283} - (no file)
O21 - SSODL: omlbpkaw - {D1AE086F-1872-4CA5-8380-079D0DF877F8} - (no file)
O21 - SSODL: pmsoarbf - {E5D1F467-7936-4B7B-AA74-F2087CC45C19} - C:\WINDOWS\pmsoarbf.dll
O24 - Desktop Component 0: Privacy Protection - file:///C:\WINDOWS\privacy_danger\index.htm

Locate the following Files/Folders and delete them if they exist (if no location given, just do a search for them):

C:\WINDOWS\system32\gvkholop.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINDOWS\Application Data\nevexidg\
C:\WINDOWS\pmsoarbf.dll
C:\WINDOWS\privacy_danger\

1. Download combofix at http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/ComboFix.exe or http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe Save it to your Desktop before you run it.
2. Double-click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it will produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply.

Note:
Do not click on combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall.
