Hey Guys,
Thanks again for this informative site! I've searched for this problem with no solution.

When I am at work I am able to send and receive e-mails through my Outlook express, we use COX cable at work. At home, same COX cable, but I can only relieve e-mails, not send.

When I send e-mails I receive this error:

"The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.vegashotspots.com', Server: 'smtp.lvcm.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E"

This is driving me up a wall, I need to be able to send e-mails from my home as well.

I have a personal e-mail account as well, same problem. I can recieve. But can't send. with that email address I receive this error:

"The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop-server.twcny.rr.com', Server: 'smtp-server.twcny.rr.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E"

any help would be so appreciated!
