i hope you can help i'm completely computer un-savvy. i have or had the black bug crawling over screen trojan virus. i've been through most of the list of scans etc and got up to the panda activescan part which wouldn't work properly. i'm attatching some of the logs and stuff that i was told on the forum page to save and attatch. thankyou!
