Problem downloading zip files

When I try to download a zip file the screen flashes, I cannot log off and have to switch it off. Any ideas why?

she doesn't have ban you..just set you up a limited account to keep you from doing anymore damage..
keep all your problems in ONE thread..that way whoever is helping you is aware of all the problems your having
