usb problem, help how to fix...

OS: windows xp



my usb cannot save, delete, transfer or even reformat it..
the error said "The disk is write protected"

•someone can help me.. plzz. comments or suggestions needed..

my usb dont any lock or i dont used any software to write protect it... plz help tnx:D

OS: Windows XP



Try scanning it with your Anti-virus software first.
If it detects any virus, Quarantine detected threat.

If that doesn't work.
Perform Disk check by right-clicking on the usb drive.
Select Properties then Tools tab.
Click on Check now then repair errors found.
