Looking for old art program PLEASE EHLP ME, Someone has to know of this

this is driving me absolutely crazy, there was an old computer art program for windows it had like a fantasy theme,underwater i think you clicked which background you wanted then you could click and paste people and animals...i cant find it anywhere nor do i have a clue what its called but im gonna lose my mind

Lol, ok calm down. Was it installed on the computer you have now at one point and then erased or you just remember it from.. a long time ago? On a different computer. Remember any year you were using it? (Century? lol)

Out of interest.. (no offence) sounds sort of like a cheesy program (lol) what do you plan on using it for?
