Looking for old art program PLEASE EHLP ME, Someone has to know of this

New Member Posts: 1 OS: 98	this is driving me absolutely crazy, there was an old computer art program for windows it had like a fantasy theme,underwater i think you clicked which background you wanted then you could click and paste people and animals...i cant find it anywhere nor do i have a clue what its called but im gonna lose my mind

On a different computer. Remember any year you were using it? (Century? lol) Out of interest.. (no offence) sounds sort of like a cheesy program (lol) what do you plan on using it for?
