Hi, I hope I'm describing it properly (probably not). No matter what page I'm on, Icon page etc. the top 1/2 inch of my screen has a trembling like gliche in the screen. You can still see the verbage, tool bar, etc. but, that top section of the screen is distorted. It happened immediatly after one of your pros helped me remove a bad virus (witch I am very thankful by the way). Please help me.
Greg.

This can be caused by interference from somewhere such as a mobile phone for example, or some other electrical appliance that's causing interference. Alternatively it can be a sign of a defective monitor.
