Do you have service pack 2 installed?
If not then go to windows update and do the express scan. Download and install everything till you get to service pack 2 and download and install it also. |

Ok, go to control panel
System Hardware Device manager button Your graphics controller will be there see attached screenshot. click on the graphics card, then right click the card. Click on update driver. If it asks to look in windows update, let it. This post has been edited by cmpm: Jul 2 2008, 11:26 AM |

i dont have graphics card and i don't have a adapters option

So it's built into the motherboard.
It will still be in device manager somewhere. Do you know the name of the graphics accelerator? You could also do windows update again. This time choose custom scan. After it scans, see if anything comes up in hardware or software. Go ahead and post what it says. You should get a hardware update for your built in graphics. |

I did what you said and The only update is internet explorer. How do you find your computer model number all i know is that it is a sony and i think that it is 2003

There should be a tag listing your make and model on the outside of your tower or laptop. Or it could just be engraved and not even on a tag.
