So I am working on an intranet and I want to feed the news section of one particular intranet site to a section in my website. This would make it easier so that I don't have to update both sites with the same information. Granted, I may seem lazy for not wanting to update two things, but the site is going to get a lot more complicated and if I can figure out how to do this now, it will save me loads of time in the future.

So, is there a way to feed just a section from one site onto my site? Perhaps using a div or span tag? Or would it be more feasible using frames? Any information would be most helpful.
