Memory could not be written 0x66869bd7, iexplore.exe application error 0x66869bd7....

Hi and HELP!
I received this message....
iexplore.exe Application Error. Instruction @ "0x66869bd7" referenced memory at "0x00000004" Memory could not be written.

What does this mean?? do I need to restore to an earlier date??
Is there a physical problem?? and could you please help me solve this issue...
