Remember in 95 when all you had to do to bypass admin account was to replace the screensaver to load a command promt which would be unprotected so all you had to do was type like - net user (whatever) * and then you could change thier pass? What about the install cd? Couldnt someone just take a 95 install cd, install it on someones xp or vista and then do that with ease? Wouldn't that be a bit of a problem?

Edit: Or wait.. you probably couldn't install it without admin rights.. lol wow. My bad.

95 wouldn't be able to access the ntfs partitions anyway...

Windows 95 did not use net commands in the same way as XP does.
Your solution wouldn't be practical because even if it was installation of Win95 would wipe the system anyway.
