Blue Screen Error on XP

OS: Windows XP
Hi, I've got a blue screen error on my Dell PC when it is turned on in any mode. Windows will not start up. The technical info supplied is

STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x82F746B8, 0xC0000102, 0x00000000)


Any help you can give me to fix this will be great, thanks!! smile.gif
