I think (hope; albeitly naively) that the problem might be resolved but I will be following the advice given on my forum post anyway to make sure.

"Hey" to you too. I was a tad optimistic; the problem was not resolved. I have the very patient and helpful Thunderbird1988 helping me and we have been through various stages of analysis; I am cautiously optimistic now (I think - LOL).

Hello, I am new here and am only an intermittent user. I am lost as to how to get my scan uploded, Every time I try I get different messages but cannot see the list being scanned or analyzed.
