2 friends were hacked by keyloggers, I dont want to be!, So I am submitting my log- hoping you can tell me more

I am not sure i have done this right.. if not please feel free to tell me - I am just concerned that I dont have a keylogger .. I am running other programs to clean my PC and so far it says I am ok but meh! Thank you in advance for your trouble and time dedicated to helping those of us that are Tech challenged smile.gif
