Need help setting up MX Records, Not sure if this is the right place

Hey I need a step by step guide on how to setup a MX Record pointing to my exchange server. Current setup

Static IP> Router> Server

domain is from 1and1. Thanks

Usually your MX records will be set up with whatever company is giving you your FQDN.
