pull down menu items missing

pull down menu items missing

New Member Posts: 1 OS: xp	On the desktop or from explorer, if I right-click there is no "new" menu item in the pull down. So I can't create a folder or item. Also If I dblclick on a folder from the right-pane of explorer, it treats it like an uni'd application and the "open with" menu appears.
