I've been getting this Error message after i try to start up windows

STOP: c000021a (Fatal System Error)
The Windows Logon Process System process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x0000000 0x00000000). The system has been shut down.

I cant start in any mode (safe, last config, and so on)

I was hoping someone could give me a hand

Thanks Anthony

First try the last known good configuration.

1. Click Start, and then click Shut Down.
2. Click Restart, and then click OK.
3. Keep Pressing F8 at the startup of the computer.
4. Use the arrow keys to select Last Known Good Configuration, and then press ENTER.

The easy way to check if you will have to do a repair install is see if you can hit the F8 key at startup and get into safe mode. If you cannot get into SAFE MODE you will have to do the repair install with a XP cd.
