Lots Of Trouble Usually Serious - LOTUS !, PC Problems!

Hi All,
I seem to be having Lots of trouble and not sure what to do. I think I stupidly clicked on a bad zip file sent to me as an Email and now don't trust doing any secure stuff online! Aside from that my PC reboots every time I turn off (have to physically push the power button between rebooting and windows xp screen coming up!). Also my PC runs slow sometimes!?
Anybody help?
