How do i delete windows in my another drive?, help?

OS: Windows XP



I got 1 old window in my C drive. And recently i reformated my PC and i don't know why is it install on my D drive. So how do i delete the window that is on my C drive?

You could try reinstalling again and be sure to select the right drive onto which to install the system.

Another way would be to look in Control Panel - Administrative tools - Computer Mangement - Storage - Disk Management

Here you can control the designations of local disks. What you should be able to do is right click on your current drive C and change the designated letter (to say H:)

Then go to your current drive D: and change this to Drive C: in the same way.

Thengo back to the original drive C: (Now H:?) and designate it D:

Then reformat the new D: drive and your problem should be solved.
