Error running ipconfig.

Lan connection status -> support showing all unavailable (IP, subnet, gateway)

I have performed the following attempts to repair
1. remove and re-install NIC
2. delete registry keys for WinSock and WinSock2
3. netsh int ip reset ipreset_log.txt
4. uninstall TCP/IP protocol driver, re-install
5. winsockfix + lspfix
6. replace tcpip.sys in system32
7. Windows XP installation repair
8. NIC tested with winpe cd boot and works.

Any advice?

Do you have a modem or router? If a modem, go to Internet Explorer > tools > internet options > connections > setup. Configure your connection again. If you have a router, is it configured to have DHCP active? I suggest that you reset the router to factory settings. Usually it's done by pressing a sharp object to a small switch at the back of the router for 20-30 seconds. The router should be powered on. Reconfigure the router. Alternatively you can give your computer a fixed address. Look at the router's user manual.

nothing is wrong with the router.

I didn't say that something is wrong with the router, nor did I say such thing about the network adapter. All I say is that it's worthwhile reconfiguring.

By the way, what is winpe CD boot? Never heard about that.
