Hi guys!

I'm new here as of today and just wanted to say hello. I found this site looking for a solution for Win32.Agent.pz malware that had infected my laptop. I'm not sure how I got it but I was using IE 7.0 (normally rum Firefox but not this time). I had Norton 360 installed and updated and had just downloaded the Microsoft service pak 3 a few days earlier. I ran all kinds of software trying to eradicate the bug but nothing worked. Spybot was able to identify the varmint (nothing else I tried did) but would not remove it. After I read the "Must read first" section of the malware removal forum, I copied all of the recommended software to disc and loaded it onto my laptop. After I ran everything I performed the reboot test and BAM! That sucker was history!!!

Thanks so much to this forum and don77 for his excellent info. I'm afraid that I'm not knowledgeable enough to be much help to anyone here but if I can I certainly will.
