I've been using computers for many years. I'm in my sixties. My first computer was a Commodore 64, then an Apple II, an Apple Performa, onto 386 PC with DOS operating system, PC's running Windows 95, ME and now finally XP.

I should be more knowledgeable than I am. More user than expert. I'm finding it more and more difficult to keep a PC up and running with today's attacks by virus, trojans, malware, etc.

I trying to make myself more knowledgeable so that I can enjoy my time on computers.
