Every time I log on to my Yahoo messenger and MSN messenger, my AVG anti virus (8.0.169) detects a JS downloader. When clicked on HEAL, I get the msg 'Specified file doesnt exist'. It is very nagging because the AVG pop up keeps coming up with the 'detected' message. It does happen when I am using my Internet explorer too. I am also using the Google Chrome browser lately and am not been getting the 'JS downloader detection' message.
While browsing using IE, yahoo and hotmail pages (and many other web pages too), i get this message that 'The website wants to run the following add on 'snapview.ocx' from Microsoft Corporation'. I have NOT allowed it to run yet on any page.
Keen to know your suggestions to get rid of the above mentioned problems.
