When starting up the laptop, I get a blue stop screen saying:
0x00000019 (0x00000020, 0xA726C034, 0xA726C85C, 0xFD050F80)

Also, I can't shut down by pressing the shut down button in the start menu. It would just stay saying 'shutting down'.
So I found a way to shut down the laptop, I have to log off as a user first, then shut down in the log on screen.

Help please, Thanks.

Have you tried booting to safe mode, and/or booting using "last known good configuration"?

The problem is that this generally a pretty generic hardware failure code.
