Can't connect to certain sites

OS: Windows Vista
Hi I'm new to the forums and don't know too much about computers. I can't connect to certain sites so I viewed some other topics in these forums about the topic and followed a recommendation guide but it still didn't fix the problem. I downloaded hijack this and heres my log. Please help me out!

OS: Windows Vista Ultimate x64
If it was a ".tk" site, sometimes Road Runner service blocks it.
It can also be a malicious program on your computer blocking access.
And, it can also be the website was hacked. My website was hacked for a couple minutes and redirected me to some unknown search engine, and same thing has happened with google a couple years ago.
