Hi everyone, my computer will not hibernate or standby, and sometimes not even shutdown. The problem is that when i click standby/hibernate, the computer closes all the programs like it should, and then the blue screen pops up that states that my computer is entering hibernation mode, but it sticks at that screen. it doesn't actually shutdown, it just freezes there, and i have to manually shutdown the computer by holding down the power switch. what can i do? thanks
