My daughter has a laptop running Vista Home Premium. She started getting error messages about having a virus which is probably some kind of malware. The link would want her to buy software. She was not able to get rid of it and McAfee did no good. She's tried to start in Safe Mode to restore to an earlier time and her computer freezes.
Any ideas would be appreciated...Thanks
