pc slow when shutting down, Whats the problem

Geek In Training Posts: 318 From: United Kingdom OS: Windows XP Home SP2 , Windows 98	Hi , im just wondering why my HP A608 pavilion pc is slow when shutting down it takes around 40 seconds as it used to 14 seconds whats happened i dont have any infections
