Geeks To Go Live Chat Problem, "PROBLEM!!"

I receive the following error message when I try to connect to the Live Chat of GTG:

[23:27] Connecting...
[23:27] Unable to connect : java.security.AccessControlException : access denied (java.net.SocketPermission irc.wyldryde.org resolve)

Can someone help me out here?

Do you have JAVA enabled? Do you have Active X Controls enabled? Remember that you have to enable them in order for the chat room to work.

You did install Sun's Java correct?
