im really new to all this, so plz bear with me if possible. over the past week, i have notised an error message comin up wen i click on music on the internet, mainly .ram files. the pop-up reads something along the lines of: "Internet explorer has encountered a problem with an add-on and needs to close. The following add-on was running when this problem occured: File: ftk.dll description: XML Extender it then asks me to click continue and then internet explorer closes. i will now install hijack-this nd post the results following. thanx brezzz This post has been edited by djbrezzz: Jul 24 2005, 01:02 PM |
