Recently I had a visitor from Japan. He used my computer, and now all the Microsoft Excel files on my harddrive have become corrupt... Extra bullets, long lines of periods, "hard return" symbols have appeared throughout the documents I am thinking this is the source of the problem because a friend here has had visitors using Asian language versions of Word also create similar scenarios on their computers. I tried to cut and paste the mess into here, but it doesn't look the same when i move it into this space. Have you any idea what causes this and do you know how this problem would be solved? Thanks for your help. Jeff |
