I work from 9:30is am - 7pm CST, so I'm on for between 8-9.5 hours during the week. Only have time usually for G2G (or anywhere else) when I'm at work...

Depends, if there is some posts that grips me, I tend to return here often enough in a day, also i tend to press the "read new posts" and choose the ones that interest me, I orbit more into the hardware, applications, xp forum, etc., than the HJT forum but I post mostly in off topics because at times it has some very relevent threads like "how far can you swim", "what did you have for breakfast" etc., anyway I am hooked and in fact learning quite a lot here too.

On line alot, when its a workweek probably 4-5 hrs per day, approx 3 hrs or so spent here, as i have another home page that i must look after.

Weekends thats totally different, somewhere between 14-16 again maybe 12hrs here.
