Go into add/remove programs and remove anything that says new net on it. After that i want to put hijack this into a safer location for the rest of the fix. Double-click on the zip file containing the HijackThis.exe file. Select the HijackThis.exe, and hit the combination “Ctrl + C”. Minimize the zipfolder, and go to My Computer. Double-click on C:/, then double-click on Program Files. In the menu bar you’ll find “File”. Click it, then choose “New”, and then “Folder”. Call this folder HijackThis. Double-click to open this – new – folder. Now use the combination “Ctrl + V” to paste the HijackThis.exe into this folder. Now close all other windows, and double-click on the HijackThis.exe in the folder you’ve just created. Reboot and show me a new log please.

Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop. Double-click VundoFix.exe to extract the files This will create a VundoFix folder on your desktop. After the files are extracted, please reboot your computer into Safe Mode. You can do this by restarting your computer and continually tapping the F8 key until a menu appears. Use your up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode then hit enter. Once in safe mode open the VundoFix folder and doubleclick on KillVundo.bat You will first be presented with a warning. You have a second instance of vundo in here, i need you to run the same tool, but!!! there is no need to run the active scan or the cleanup in this round or download the tool again, please just run the vundo tool as instructed again. Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop. Double-click VundoFix.exe to extract the files This will create a VundoFix folder on your desktop. After the files are extracted, please reboot your computer into Safe Mode. You can do this by restarting your computer and continually tapping the F8 key until a menu appears. Use your up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode then hit enter. Once in safe mode open the VundoFix folder and doubleclick on KillVundo.bat You will first be presented with a warning. It should look like this QUOTE VundoFix V2.15 by Atri By using VundoFix you agree that you are doing so at your own risk Press enter to continue.... At this point press enter one time. Next you will see: QUOTE Please Type in the filepath as instructed by the forum staff and then press enter: At this point please type the following file path (make sure to enter it exactly as below!): C:\WINDOWS\system32\awvtt.dll Press Enter to continue with the fix.
