Hi Laurie,
There is no antivirus program running on that machine..please download, install, update and make a scan with AVG. Remove all it finds. You are running Hijackthis from a temporary file, but Hijackthis should be in a permanent folder to save its backups in case we need to undo any changes. Please delete the one you currently have.

You may want to print out these instructions for reference, since you will have to restart your computer during the fix.
Please download FixWareout from one of these sites: http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe http://swandog46.geekstogo.com/Fixwareout.exe Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, then make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish. The fix will begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal. When your system reboots, follow the prompts. Afterwards, HijackThis will launch. Please click Scan, and check the following items: O2 - BHO: C:\WINDOWS\adsldpbe.dll - {7507739F-BC2E-4DC3-B233-816783C25DC9} - C:\WINDOWS\adsldpbe.dll (file missing) O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [newbreed] bhoserv.exe O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dmfxg.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\dmfxg.exe O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [CToolBar] RtlFindVal.exe O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [XTermInit] MONITER.exe O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ParisM] ERTYDF.exe O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{5C951233-F93C-4028-A683-D8B88781CE73}: NameServer = 85.255.114.43,85.255.112.85 O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{6C925404-7C4E-46FF-8FE6-750485191B47}: NameServer = 85.255.114.43 85.255.112.85 O20 - Winlogon Notify: st3 - C:\WINDOWS\system32\st3.dll (file missing) Click Fix Checked. Close HijackThis, and click OK to proceed. At the end of the fix, you may need to restart your computer again. Finally, please post the contents of the logfile C:\fixwareout\report.txt, along with a new HijackThis log. |

Open HijackThis and click Scan. Put a check next to this:
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{6C925404-7C4E-46FF-8FE6-750485191B47}: NameServer = 85.255.114.43 85.255.112.85 Close all other windows except HijackThis including this one and click Fix Checked. Please go to Start -> Control Panel, and choose Network Connections. Then right click on your default connection, usually Local Area Connection or Dial-up Connection if you are using Dial-up, and left click on properties. Double-click on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item and select the radio button that says Obtain DNS servers automatically. Click OK twice, and restart your computer. Please do an online scan with Kaspersky WebScanner Click on Kaspersky Online Scanner You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
